what these stages mean
- two tools available: emergence and xray can be used at fact.ngo. the wider fact-checking service is not released.
- being built: active development. ion has a client and provider but has not passed its core readiness gates.
- early prototype: memory exists for evaluation. its wider sharing and preservation goals are still being developed.
- planned: a defined purpose and approach. this is not an available product or service.
